Feedback from Dr Prash Patel who went digital with ESM
I purchased my trios from ESM in October.
I had been thinking about going digital for some time and had spoken to a couple of other suppliers.
However a good friend of mine recommended that I speak to Mark at ESM.
I am so glad I did. Right from the word go he was excellent. He took a lot time to explain the options to me with a couple of demonstrations over ZOOM.
He even arranged for a demo scanner to be sent out to me and carried out some training so I could spend a few days trying out the scanner in the practice before buying.
The support once the scanner arrived has been great. We have had several training sessions and ESM are happy to organise more as required.
The scanner has been awesome. The workflow is really smooth and we have noticed an improvement in the quality of fit with less adjustments being required especially on occlusal adjustments. The Trios is intuitive to use. The labs we use are really happy with the quality of the scans. Patients are very impressed.
On the rare occasion we have had an issue, ESM support has been amazing logging in minutes and fixing the issues.
If you are thinking of going digital don’t think just do it you will not be disappointed and definitely use ESM digital solutions!
