Team Viewer

We use TeamViewer for a successful and efficient remote support.

To allow our support team to connect to your device:

Step 1. Download TeamViewer by clicking on the TeamViewer QuickSupport button

Step 2. Open the “TeamViewerQS” file that was downloaded

Step 3. Send the ID and Password to the Support Team
