Welcome to the ESM Assistance Plan (EAP), your comprehensive solution for the support of your digital dental equipment. When things don’t go as expected, you need a helping hand to guide and support you. The EAP has got you covered. Designed to enhance the efficiency and usability of your scanning technology, this plan gives you access to our team for guidance and support as well as additional benefits such as discounted rates on additional services.

Guidance 

– Advice on Updates and Setup: Get expert advice on the latest updates and best    practices for setting up and installing your digital dental equipment. 

– Application Tips: Learn the best practices and tips for using your dental applications effectively. 

– Remote Training: Receive up to 4 hours of remote training per year, including CPD    certification. Training can be used for additional team members who may join your team and need a helping hand to get started.

– Access to Training Material: Benefit from exclusive access to ESM training materials tailored to your needs. 

– Software Updates Assistance: Stay up-to-date with assistance in applying the latest software updates.   

Support

– Personalised Support: Benefit from our in-depth knowledge of your specific installation, needs and application requirements allowing us to provide efficient and              personalised support. 

– Computer Care: Assistance with settings, updates and drivers to ensure your laptop/desktop is running at optimal performance. 

– Hardware Diagnostics: Get diagnostics support for hardware issues. 

– Application Support: Receive help with any application related queries or issues. 

– Data Assistance: Get support for data migrations and other data related needs. 

– Supplier Advocacy: We can act on your behalf when dealing with suppliers for repairs or support. 

Additional Benefits

– Discount on Webshop: Enjoy a 5% discount on consumables, accessories, and spares from our webshop. 

– Access to Loan Equipment: Preferential access to loan equipment for cross-checking or temporary replacement while your equipment is under repair. 

– Preferential Rates: Benefit from a 50% discount on additional services such as      training and onsite activities. 

Scope of the Plan

Products for which EAP is available for 

– 3Shape Trios (Labcare and EDU licences excluded) 

– Shining 3D (Aoralscan and Metismile) 

Out of Scope: 

– Hardware issues must be sent to the supplier and may incur additional fees. 

– This plan does not include a product warranty; warranty arrangements may need to be made between the supplier and the end user. 

Pricing (ex VAT)

  • First Product: £300 / €350  per year
  • Additional Products: £150 / €175 each per year
  • Additional Training Hours: £50 / €60 per hours plus travel related expenses 
  • Loan Equipment: Shipping costs apply, subject to availability 
  • Onsite Activities: Quoted separately

Note: Supplier repair fees, spare parts, and similar expenses are not included. 

Trios Only Support Calls: Subject to a £125 / €150 fee per call for escalated 3Shape support.
